Bacchanalia along Hongkong street was a business crowd favourite due to it’s set lunches under incumbent chef Luke Armstrong. After undergoing an extensive renovation, Chef Vianney Massot brings his modern French sensibilities to the menu. Expect to find pasta paired with sea urchin or hairy crab, grilled Japanese beef or Bresse chicken prepared in homage to Singapore’s chicken rice.

Alvin Leung, the chef-founder of the three Michelin-starred Bo Innovation in Hong Kong  has left molecular gastronomy behind at his new restaurant at The Capitol Kempinski near Raffles City. Instead, the focus is on the different cuisines of Asia through a Singaporean perspective. Since Singaporeans love to travel, this is a great way to “travel” without leaving the country. Look forward to starters like Hokkaido Scallop with salted plum and shisho Chargrilled “Bak Kut Teh” Pork Chop and Lobster prepared with a Thai dressing.
